Chocolate Banana Smoothie
This is a high protein smoothie that hydrates the body well and is rich in great nutrients like vitamin-B, Omega-3 etc.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- A pinch of salt
- ¼ cup hot water
- 1 ¾ cup coconut water
- 1 banana
- 3 tablespoon raw hemp seeds
Directions:
Mix the cocoa powder, honey and salt to warm water and whisk till the paste becomes smooth. Add the coconut water and mix well. Pour this into a blender, add banana and raw hemp seeds and blend well. You can add ice if you want the smoothie to be chilled.
