Yogurt Cucumber Smoothie
Both yogurt and cucumber work wonders as remedies for bloating-related uneasiness.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 ½ cup chopped cucumbers
- 2 ½ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- 2 ½ cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 ½ cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1 ½ cup water
Directions:
Put all the ingredients, except the lemon juice, water and salt, in a blender and make a smooth puree. Add salt, lemon juice and water to the puree and mix them well. You can add ice or garnish with mint leaves and cucumber slices if you want.
