Grilled Steak
Ingredients Required
- 2 boneless strip steaks
- For Marinade
- 1 cup Italian parsley leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- For Vinaigrette
- ¼ Teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 2 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 6 tablespoon canola oil
- Salt and pepper as per taste

How to Prepare
For marinating the beef, chop parsley and garlic in a bowl, and rub it over the steak. Cover and refrigerate it for 30 minutes. Mix all the ingredients of the vinaigrette and whisk it till it emulsifies. Turn the grill on medium heat and brush the racks with olive oil. Grill the steak at about 6 inches above for 4 minutes on each side till it’s medium-rare. Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it stay for 5 minutes. With a sharp knife at 45-degree angle, cut the steaks into thin slices.
