Scrambled eggs
Scrambled eggs are delicious and are rich in nutrition.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of butter
- ¼ a cup of milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Method:
- Add the milk, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl and beat them until they are blended together.
- Heat the butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- When it’s hot, pour in the egg mixture.
- When the eggs start setting, pull them throughout the width of the pan with a spatula.
- Continue this until the mixture is thickened and no liquid egg remains.
Scrambled eggs can be consumed alone or with any of the following:
- Goat Cheese and tomatoes
- Italian sausage
- Quesadillas
- Fajitas
- Spinach
- Avocado
- Scramble pita pockets
- Tacos
