Chia pudding
Pudding made of chia seeds is filled with nutrition and would satisfy your taste buds.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of homemade or natural coconut milk
- ½ a cup of chia seeds
- ¼th a cup of maple syrup; this could be substituted by any other sweetener
- ½ a teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ¼th a teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and then blend on high speed for a few minutes until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Pour this mixture into a jar and refrigerate overnight.
- Do remember to stir the mixture regularly within the first hour.
- In the morning, you’ll have a deliciously chilled breakfast ready.
