Looking for a delicious breakfast? Then smoothies are for you. Here are some easy to make smoothie ideas: (1 C refers to one cup)
- Berry blast: Made of 1 cup raspberries, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup strawberries and 1 cup spinach.
- Kiwi smoothie: Made of 1 kiwi, and 1 ½ cup watermelon, and grapes.
- Sweet sunrise: Made of 1 orange, 1 cup raspberries, ½ banana and 1 mango.
- Green monster: Made of 1 grapefruit, 1 banana, 1 cup pineapple, and 1 cup spinach.
- Tropical treat: Made of 1 banana, 1 cup strawberries, and ½ cup Mango.
- Pineapple punch: Made of 1 cup raspberries, 1 ½ pineapple, 1 cup mango and ½ banana.
Choose a base for the smoothie from any of these: milk, yogurt or juice. Then mix the ingredients in the base, shake them, and refrigerate overnight.
