Mint- Papaya Juice
To cleanse your body, consider giving papaya juice a shot. It supplies some really beneficial vitamins to your body and improves digestion. For a change, try making papaya juice the way it is made in the tropical lands. Try to make the juice of the entire papaya fruit instead of making it from the papaya pulp only. Papaya juice holds great importance due to its vitamins, minerals and carotenoid content. It helps in protecting the kidneys, the eyes, and the tissues.
Ingredients:
1 papaya, ripened, peeled and seeds removed
1 medium-sized cucumber, unpeeled
1 green apple, unpeeled
A handful of mint
1 tsp raw honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method:
Juice the papaya together with the cucumber and the apple and add the mint at the end.
Finish off by adding the raw honey and cinnamon.
Drink immediately or pour into an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 12 hours.
