Organic Salad
Ingredients required:
- Baby mushrooms, chopped coarsely
- Spinach, roughly chopped
- Baby corn
- Red onion, sliced finely
- Red and green pepper
- Broccoli
- Celery, chopped
- Red cabbage
- Few slices of avocado
- A handful of sprouts
- Lettuce leaves, optional
For salad dressing:
- Extra virgin olive oil, few drops
- Apple cider vinegar, few drops
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of pepper
- A pinch of garlic powder
- Seasoning
How to prepare:
In a big bowl, chop and mix all the vegetables. Mix the salad dressing ingredients until smooth, then pour over the veggies and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately.
