Mango – Avocado Salsa
Another great healthy and delicious bold recipe.
Ingredients:
- One mango chopped finely
- 1-2 avocados chopped
- A few lettuce leaves
- Salt to taste
- A few drops of olive oil
- One spoon mayonnaise (optional)
- One spoon lemon juice
- A pinch of black pepper
How to prepare:
Chop and dice mangoes, avocados in a large bowl. Roughly chop lettuce leaves. Now add salt, black pepper, and mayonnaise if you like it. Add a few drops of olive oil and lemon juice. Give all the ingredients a good toss. Serve it chilled.
