Coffee-Almond Smoothie
Ingredients –
7-10 almonds, soaked overnight
1 small ripe banana
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1 medium cup low-fat milk
5 dates
Coffee to taste
Ice cubes
(Serves 1)
Peel almonds and deseed dates. Blend all ingredients together. This is a protein-rich coffee smoothie recipe that you can have for breakfast for your daily caffeine fix. This is also a healthy coffee recipe.
