Raw Salad
Green leafy vegetable salad rich in vitamin K and fiber, this raw salad is made up of kale. The ingredients that you will need to make this fat burner salad are:
- Kale-chopped – 4 cups
- Purple cabbage- chopped – 2 cups
- Died berries -1 cup
- Carrot slices – 1 cup
- Boiled eggs – 2
- Sunflower seeds- raw and shelled – half cup
- Sprouts – half cup
- Granny Smith apples – chopped-2
- Salt and black pepper (freshly ground)
- Garlic powder – a pinch
- Maple syrup -1 tablespoon
- Apple cider vinegar – quarter cup
- Extra virgin olive oil – 1 cup
How to prepare:
First, you have to prepare the salad dressing by mixing olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and salt. Put them in a jar and mix them well. Next, take the rest of the ingredients and mix them well to prepare the salad. Pour the dressing over the salad to suit your taste buds. Toss and season the salad.
