Tuna and green bean salad
Ingredients required:
- Blanched one and a half pounds of equally trimmed green beans
- Two large red potatoes
- Ice water
- One and a half cup of lemon juice
- One teaspoon garlic oil
- Oregano, salt, and pepper as per taste
- Tomatoes, basil, and Parsley for dressing
- Nine ounces of canned tuna
How to prepare:
Boil the potatoes and put them in ice water, so that they retain their shape. Take a small bowl, whisk the lemon juice, garlic oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place the tomatoes, basil, and parsley in a large serving bowl. Finally add the tuna (drained out of oil), green beans, and potatoes gently. Put the dressing on the salad and serve it fresh.
