Artichoke-Cheese Dip
Ingredients –
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 green chili, chopped
- ½ cup red onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- ½ tbsp ground black pepper
- Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in a dish and bake for around 20 minutes. This is one of the best artichoke dip recipes to make in a hurry. If you wish to cut down on prep time, you can also make it using only artichokes, cheese and sour cream. It can also be a variation on the usual spinach and artichoke dip recipe that is more popular.
