Spinach-Artichoke Dip
Ingredients –
- 5 ounces, fresh or frozen spinach, chopped
- 7 ounces, artichoke hearts, chopped
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
