Chocolate Almond Brownies
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp almond meal
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, ground into a fine powder
- ½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 pieces of unsweetened dark chocolate
- ½ cup milk or almond milk
- ¼ tsp stevia powder
(Serves 1)
Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe cup. Add other ingredients into it and mix well. Cook it in the microwave for 1 minute. This sugar-free dessert recipe has no added sugar.
