Oat Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 tsp coconut oil
- ½ cup low-fat milk
- 5 almonds, chopped
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
(Serves 1)
Mix all ingredients together in a baking dish. Bake the mixture for 15 minutes at 250 degrees in an oven preheated at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. This diabetes-friendly dessert recipe won’t spike your sugar levels as it contains no added refined sugar. Honey and coconut oil will add gentle sweetness. You can add ¼ tsp stevia in the recipe if you want more sweetness.
