8. Oatmeal
Non-instant oatmeal is a great source of B vitamins, antioxidants, fiber and magnesium. Oatmeal gradually increases your blood’s glucose levels, and therefore is great for diabetics. Soluble fiber keeps you feeling full for an extended period of time and reduces LDLs, which are “bad” cholesterol. When used in skin care, oatmeal improves the health of skin cells and reduces wrinkles.
