Cinnamon Berry Smoothie
Here is a smoothie to help you get rid of intestinal gas, and boost the metabolism of sugars in your gut. Cinnamon is the main ingredient that is blended with healthy fats from milk, and from non-dairy products and avocado. This smoothie contains loads of fiber, that will help you keep your gut healthy.
Ingredients:
- Dairy free milk- one and a half cup
- Avocado- half
- Kale- one cup
- Frozen berries- one cup
- Cinnamon- quarter teaspoon
- If you are looking to increase the flavor, then add vanilla to it.
Method:
Mix all these ingredients in a blender and make this smoothie. This will serve two people.
