Yogurt and Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups of natural yogurt
- 1 cucumber; peeled and chopped finely
- 1 boiled potato, peeled and cubed
- ½ cup red kidney beans; boiled
- A few fresh mint leaves; chopped finely
- ½ tsp black pepper powder
- 1 small green chili; chopped finely
- Salt to taste
How to Prepare
Place the yogurt in a bowl and whisk it for 5 minutes at a medium pace. Add cucumber, boiled potatoes, red kidney beans and rest of the ingredients in the yogurt. Let it rest for 5 minutes as the ingredients soak the goodness of yogurt and spices.
