-You can consume at least two cups of unflavored, unsweetened yogurt every day
-You can apply at least a ¼ cup of yogurt on your vagina using a cotton pad. Rub gently and leave it there for some time. Then, wash it off with clean water and pat dry. Repeat this at least 3 times a day.
Garlic

-Consume 1-2 raw garlic cloves with 1 glass of warm water in the morning before having breakfast.
