Sweet Cabbage Juice
Contrary to popular belief, cabbage juice actually tastes pretty good. This beverage is a great supplement for Vitamin C, Sulforaphane, as well as amino acids. Making this juice is super easy. Ingredients:
1/8 green cabbage
1/8 red cabbage
2 ribs celery
1/2 red bee, scrubbed
1 green apple, cored
1 carrot, scrubbed
1 lemon, peeled
1-inch piece ginger root, plus more to taste
Method:
Push the ingredients through your juicer, and strain through a fine mesh sieve.
Don’t forget to garnish it with a slice of lemon.
