-Ground cinnamon
-Sea salt
-Orange juice
-Honey
-Brown sugar
-Vegetable oil
-Vanilla extract
-Cooking spray
-Raisins
-Apples
-Creamy peanut butter
Directions:
Preheat the microwave to 300-degree F. Combine 1 cup of old-fashioned oats, 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and a dash of sea salt in a large bowl. Take a saucepan and combine 2 tablespoons of orange juice, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and put on medium heat unless the sugar dissolves. Keep stirring frequently. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract after removing from heat. Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture. Take a jelly-roll pan and coat with cooking spray. Spread the combined mixture over it. Bake for 20 minutes until they turn golden brown. Stir halfway, add raisins, and let it cool down. Take 4 medium apples. Core each apple and cut into ¼-inch slices. Spread the slices with peanut butter and add the baked mixture over it. Sprinkle with granola. Add another slice and press gently the sandwiches, which are now delectably ready to eat.
