Vegetable-Fish Tacos
This fish taco recipe is full of delicious goodness.
Ingredients –
2 corn tortillas
1 tilapia fish fillet
½ cup shredded cabbage
¼ cup shredded carrots
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp plain yogurt
1-2 minced chipotle pepper
1 tsp paprika
Salt to taste
(Serves 1)
Rub olive oil on fish and sear it on each side till done. Add salt and some paprika on top. Mix cabbage, carrots, vinegar and salt together. Now, add pepper, salt and yogurt. Toast tortillas and fill them with fish topped with vegetables and yogurt sauce.
