How to Oil Pull?

You also need to keep in mind the fact that it doesn’t take too long for your body to begin to re-absorb the bacteria and toxins. Since the oil mixes with the saliva, it gets creamy and also doubles. At first, you might find it difficult to swish around for the whole 20 minutes. But don’t worry – with time you will improve. - Spit the oil into the trash can
Do not spit the oil into the sink, as the oil may thicken and could clog your pipes. Make sure you do not swallow the oil, as it is filled with toxins and bacteria. The best thing to do is to spit it out into a trash can. - Rinse well with warm water
Once you’ve got all the oil and toxins out of your mouth, rinse with warm water. Warm water cleans the mouth well and helps to remove the remaining oil from the mouth. - Brush well
