Banana spinach smoothie

Ingredients:
- Full – fat coconut milk or almond milk- one to two cups
- Kale – two cups
- Spinach – two cups
- Avocado – half
- Frozen bananas – two, cut into chunks.
- Freshly grated ginger – one teaspoon
- Tablespoon chia or flax seeds – half tablespoon
- Tablespoon bee pollen – half tablespoon
