Baked Buffalo wings
Buffalo chicken wings are a great option to start with.
Here are the ingredients:
- Chicken wings
- Self-raising flour
- A half cup of Frank’s Hot Sauce
- A half cup of butter
- One teaspoon of salt
Here’s what you do:
- Preheat the De’Longhi Air Fryer to 180°C.
- Cut the tip off the chicken wings and discard it.
- Cut at the center joint to split the wings into two.
- Put the chicken wings in a bowl to coat them with salt and flour.
- Take the chicken wings coated with salt and flour to the basket of your air fryer.
- Shake well.
- Place basket in air fryer for twenty-five minutes (at 180°C).
- Shake the wings once in five minutes.
- Do this till the chicken becomes crispy.
- Melt the butter and blend Frank’s Hot Sauce with it.
- Transfer the chicken wings to a large bowl.
- Pour sauce over the wings.
- Add the dressing of your choice, and serve.
