Honey crispy salad
Ingredients required:
- A bunch of lettuce leaves, coarsely chopped
- A bunch of cabbage leaves, coarsely chopped
- Mix varieties of dried nuts
- Blueberries, a handful
- Cherries, a handful
- Strawberries cut into halves, a handful
- Good handful of fresh pecan nuts
- Half a lemon
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of white pepper
- Few drops of olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Grated cheese for topping
How to prepare:
In a large bowl, lay down a layer of lettuce leaves and cabbage one by one. You can chop the cabbage leaves and lettuce leaves or break them roughly by hand. Now cut all fresh fruits into slices or cubes, as required. Add all dried fruits, including the best pecan nuts. Add salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder and a squeeze of lemon juice. Toss them well. Now drizzle a few drops of olive oil on to it. Drizzle a good spoon filled with honey. Toss well again. Grate cheese as required. Refrigerate the salad for an hour. Serve chilled with food or without food.
