- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground

All you need to do is preheat the oven to 350 degrees, place a wire rack over a baking sheet, grease it with the cooking spray and set it aside. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, fresh ground pepper, garlic cloves and dried oregano. Now, using a wooden spoon, mix it well combined. Shape the mixture into 2-3 inch balls and place it on the previously prepared baking sheet. Bake it for 16-18 minutes and your meatballs would be ready to eat.
Now, to make the gravy, first, you have to heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese heated oil and gently stir it around until the cream cheese melts. Whisk in the remaining cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard and add flour to it. Continue to whisk it until the roux becomes golden brown in color. Whisk it constantly to prevent the lumps from taking place and continue to cook it for 10 minutes or until the gravy thickens and voila! Your gravy and your meatballs are ready to serve.
