Iodine is necessary for maintaining a healthy thyroid. It is observed that our bodies don’t get enough iodine, and that is why many people suffer from a thyroid problem. One of the best ways to have the required amount of iodine is to have brown seaweed or sushi a few times in a week.These sea foods are great to taste.
